Information you provide
Information submitted through a scheduling page, secure application, email, phone call, or text goes to the service used for the request. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank statements, or other sensitive financial records through ordinary email or website links.
Website measurement
The website uses lightweight traffic and performance measurement to understand page visits, link clicks, and site speed. The website does not sell personal information.
During a visit, browser session storage retains a source category and the first page path so later link clicks and calculator events retain their context. These labels expire after 30 minutes without a page visit and normally disappear when the tab closes. This source record excludes names, contact details, financial information, full referring URLs, and URL query values. An AI referral label identifies a visit source, not proof of an AI recommendation or a completed loan application.
Third-party services
Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics help measure page visits and actions such as calls, scheduling, applications, review links, calculator use, and video plays. Calculator dollar values are not sent to analytics. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in the site configuration. Analytics services may still use cookies or similar technology according to their own privacy terms.
Scheduling, secure applications, email, YouTube, and linked resources follow their own privacy terms. Review the policy on each service before submitting information.
Middle Georgia Local
Mitch also publishes the separate Middle Georgia Local community guide. Links between the sites can include source labels identifying the site and link position, not your name, contact details, or financial information. Measurement distinguishes local-guide visits and clicks from mortgage-site activity. A call or scheduling click indicates intent, not a confirmed appointment or completed application.
The local guide offers its own optional usage-measurement setting and uses the same Google Analytics property when a visitor allows it. Joining its local newsletter does not enroll you in mortgage marketing.
